Send the public URL, incorrect title, original title, date, format, genre, language, summary, rating source, or artwork. State the proposed value and provide a reliable supporting source.

latest titles or search issue

Include the query, active filters, device, browser, visible result, and expected result. Explain which identity clue should have resolved the record. Do not include private browser history beyond what the report requires.

Viewing availability

Include provider, country, date, exact title, and what changed. Availability may change legitimately, so distinguish a stale route from an incorrect catalog record.

Technical and accessibility issue

Name the page, browser, device, input method or assistive technology, action, result, and expected behavior. Focus, contrast, keyboard, screen-reader, reduced-motion, touch, and layout reports should identify the exact control.
